We strive to ensure our training programs meet high standards. If a participant feels that the program content is not as described, they must contact our support team within 7 days of enrollment.
While refunds are not issued, we will review your concerns and aim to resolve valid issues to ensure you get the best possible value.
4. Defective or Incomplete Content
In the rare event that you encounter defective, incomplete, or inaccessible program content, please report it to us within 30 days of enrollment. Verified technical errors or missing materials will be corrected immediately.
5. Internship / Job / Placement Disclaimer
- No Guarantee: Career guidance, internship support, or placement assistance (if offered) is not guaranteed.
- Outcome Factors: Success depends on individual performance, skill acquisition, interviews, and market conditions.
Refunds will strictly not be applicable based on placement results.
6. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring their own device compatibility, software requirements, and internet connectivity. Refunds will not be provided due to personal technical limitations.
7. Cancellation by AlgoBridge Infotech
If AlgoBridge Infotech Pvt Ltd cancels a training program or service for any reason, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled participants for that specific canceled program only.
8. Change of Program Option
Instead of a refund, participants may request to switch to another training program of equal or higher value. Such requests are subject to approval and availability, and must be made within the initial days of enrollment.
9. Discontinuation After Registration
Participants who have questions about continuing or discontinuing a program after registration should contact the support team immediately for guidance on available options (e.g., pausing, deferring).
10. Agreement to Policy
By enrolling in any program or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Returns Policy.
