When enrolling in our training programs, you acknowledge that:
- Your seat is confirmed only upon successful payment of program fees.
- Programs are for educational purposes. Success depends on individual effort.
- We may update curriculum content to stay aligned with current industry trends.
4. Fees & Payments
Important Note on Refunds
All payments are non-transferable and governed by our strict Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy separately before making a payment.
5. No Job or Placement Guarantee
While our programs are strictly career-focused and include placement support (resume building, mock interviews, referrals), AlgoBridge Infotech Pvt Ltd does NOT guarantee employment upon completion.
Career outcomes are subject to market conditions, your interview performance, and technical proficiency. We provide the tools; you must do the work.
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information during registration.
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct during live sessions and community interactions.
- Do not share login credentials or proprietary course materials with third parties.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or harm the website's infrastructure.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, slides, code repositories, branding, and logos, are the exclusive intellectual property of AlgoBridge. Unauthorized reproduction, recording, or distribution is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
8. IT Services Terms
Scope of Work
Defined strictly in the project proposal/agreement.
Revisions
Additional changes may incur extra costs.
Approvals
Client sign-off required at key milestones.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not warrant that our platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if a user violates these Terms (e.g., harassment, theft of IP) without refund or liability.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
